Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates undergoing non-cardiac surgery with tracheal intubation and general anesthesia from April 2020 to March 2020; Age =28 days after birth; Non-craniocerebral surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Craniocerebral birth injury or other craniocerebral trauma; No cranial ultrasound or other imaging examination was performed within 7 days after operation. The original data of intraoperative blood pressure was missing. Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) grade III or above was observed before operation. Hydrocephalus, brain malformation, etc. Presence of birth trauma or other craniocerebral trauma; Severe congenital heart disease and heart failure require vasoactive or inotropic drug support.
