Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) RA patients who meet the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) The disease remains active after 6 months of treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or 2 or more DMARDs (DAS28 >= 3.2); (4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with immune system diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, lupus erythematosus, and Sjogren's syndrome; (2) Merge with serious blood system diseases, respiratory system diseases, heart diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors, etc; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Combining surgical and trauma history; (5) Cannot cooperate with follow-up work.
