Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). 2. Age is 18 years or older. 3. Have complete electronic medical record case information. 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other liver diseases caused by drugs, such as alcoholic liver disease, chronic hepatitis B and C, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic or genetic liver diseases, and those suspected of having other causes of liver steatosis. 2. Patients without existing data for liver stiffness measurement (LSM). 3. Patients who already have decompensated cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, or have undergone liver transplantation, and other adverse outcomes. 4. Patients with other types of liver cancer besides hepatocellular carcinoma. 5. Patients with a follow-up period of less than 30 days.
