Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia ; 2 Age 18-85 years old ; 3 American Society of Anesthesiologists ( ASA ) grade I-III ; 4 body mass index ( BMI ) : 18-30 kg / m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, drug or alcohol abuse history ; 2 patients with mental illness or mental retardation, hearing impairment ; 3 patients with uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism and pheochromocytoma ; 4 patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, kidney and liver ; 5 patients with pathological obesity, myasthenia gravis, severe depression, epilepsy, psychiatric history .
