Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neck incision for thyroid surgery; 2.Age between 18-50 years old; 3.No combined diseases related with the healing of surgical incision, such as scurvy, osteogenesis imperfecta, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome; 4.Willing to participate and sign informed consent; 5.Willing to follow research protocol;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incision is not on neck (including endoscopic and robotic thyroid surgery); 2. Receive other forms of scar treatment (such as laser, radiation therapy, drug injection, isotope dressing); 3. Scar diathesis; 4. Poor control of glycemic level in diabetes mellitus, long-term use of steroid hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs are factors that affect incision healing; 5. Allergic or intolerant to sutures or drugs used; 6. There is any form of scar within 2 cm of the surgical incision; 7. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent;
