Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Residents of this area who regularly participate in physical examinations. 2.Complete clinical data at baseline. 3.No history of gallstones at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-permanent residents of this area. 2.Individuals with gallstones at baseline, pregnant women, or those with severe cardiovascular or history of mental illness. 3.Those who have incomplete clinical data at baseline.
