Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns with gestational age<32 weeks and birth weight<1500 g; 2.The clinical condition is stable and there are no contraindications for enteral feeding; 3.The basic information of the child, auxiliary examination data, and maternal case data are complete; 4.Parents or guardians sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe congenital malformations; (2) The basic information or clinical data are incomplete; (3) Combined with hereditary, metabolic and chromosomal diseases; (4) preterm infants with gestational age >=32 weeks; (5) Newborns with a birth weight of > 1500g or < 500g; (6) Patients with liver and kidney function impairment.
