Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative blood routine and ultrasound data are complete; 2. All patients were diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma by pathology after surgery; 3. All patients underwent central lymph node dissection during surgery, and pathological diagnosis was made to determine the presence of central lymph node metastasis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment have been carried out; 2. Suffering from infectious diseases in the past month; 3. There are other malignant tumors present; 4. There is severe damage to liver and kidney function, as well as autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes in the past; 6. Patients with preoperative thyroid dysfunction; 7. Postoperative diagnosis includes thyroid cancer with lesions larger than 1cm;
