Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Case group: (1) >= 18 years old; (2) Admitted to Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University from August 1, 2009 to August 1, 2024; (3) Meet the pathological diagnostic criteria for pancreatic cancer in the pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2022 version):Tissue samples obtained from Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University or other hospitals from biopsy or surgical resection of pancreatic lesions or metastatic lesions, and diagnose pancreatic cancer through histopathology and/or cytology. 2.Control group: (1) >= 18 years old; (2) Admitted to Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University from August 1, 2009 to August 1, 2024; (3) Without a history of pancreatic cancer; (4) matched with the case group according to the actual age and gender with the ratio of 1:1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Case group: (1) Without a clear diagnosis of pancreatic cancer with pathological results; (2) With a pathological diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors; (3) With missing records of observation index information (including information required for calculating KDM age acceleration or phenotypic age acceleration, matching information, information on lifestyle factors and other basic clinical characteristics) before pathological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, or have received treatment for pancreatic cancer before information collection (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography), or who cannot determine whether they have received the above treatment before information collection; 2.Control group: (1) With a history of suspected or confirmed pancreatic cancer or with unknown pancreatic lesions; (2) With a history of tumors with unknown primary location; (3) With missing records of observation indicators (including information required for calculating KDM age acceleration or phenotypic age acceleration, information required for matching, information on lifestyle factors and other basic characteristics of clinical information);
