Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acne atrophic scars on both sides of the face, aged 18 to 45, gender unspecified.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of lidocaine or SSA allergies, suffer from keloids, diabetes, malignant tumors, use glucocorticoids, anticoagulants, or immunosuppressants as well as those who had laser and other treatments done in the previous 6 months will be excluded from the study
