Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants > 40 years of age who have lung abnormalities found on chest CT on physical examination that meet the diagnostic criteria for ILAs (non-falling interstitial lung abnormalities involving at least 5% of any lung area (ground-glass opacity, reticular opacity, structural distortion, traction bronchiectasis, honeycomb and non-emphysematous cyst)) are incidentally found on chest imaging in people with unsuspected ILD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with diagnosis of CTD, ILD; 2. Signs of ILAs were considered in study participants associated with heart failure; 3. Participants who are unwilling to cooperate with participation in follow-up visits.
