Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for prospective studies 1. Patients with genitourinary tract atrophy and (or) atrophic vaginitis with more than one year or colposcopy; patients with 2. Cytology ASCUS, LSIL and or HPV high risk positive or sexual bleeding. Inclusion criteria for retrospective studies 1. Patients with urogenital tract atrophy and (or) atrophic vaginitis with complete patient medical records, colposcopy and biopsy pathological diagnosis; 2. menopause for more than one year or surgical menopause for colposcopy; 3. cytology for ASCUS, LSIL, or HPV high risk positive or sexual bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to any component of estriol supposition; 2. Patients with venous or arterial thromboembolic diseases; 3. Patients who may or have breast cancer or estrogen-dependent tumors; 4. Patients with vaginal bleeding of unknown cause; 5. Patients with a history of other estrogen use.
