Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with refractory angina (i.e. patients with severe angina and coronary artery disease who are unable to receive any further conventional medical or invasive treatment); 2.Willing to undergo spinal cord stimulation (SCS) therapy; 3.>18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Spinal deformities or prior spinal surgery, cannot be treated with spinal cord electrical stimulation; 2.Surgical site infection, systemic infection, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, can not tolerate surgery and other surgical contraindications; 3.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 4.Patients with cognitive dysfunction, inability to complete treatment evaluation and cooperation; 5.Pregnant women and parturients.
