Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA ?~?; 2.NYHA ?~?; 3.More than 9 years of education; 4.Undergoing transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for the first time (1-3 segments);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient declined to undergo the trial; 2.ASA>?; 3.Unconsciousness, previous psychiatric or psychological illness; 4.Visual, hearing or language disorders; Years of education <9 years; 5.MoCA test below the lower limit (secondary school <= 22, college <= 24 as abnormal); 6.Previous use of sedatives or antidepressants, long-term use of alcohol and drugs, and recent use of antibiotics; 7.Epilepsy; Parkinson's disease; Cerebrovascular dementia; Cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction within six months; Cerebrovascular accident within half a year or concurrent neurological sequelae over half a year; Tumor diseases; Acute trauma or inflammation;
