Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia (China 2015 Adult CAP Guidelines adopt a new simplified diagnostic criteria: Those who meet 1 of the following major criteria or =3 minor criteria can be diagnosed with severe pneumonia. Main criteria: (1) Tracheal intubation requires mechanical ventilation; (2) Vasoactive drugs are still needed after active humoral resuscitation of septic shock. Secondary criteria: (1) Respiratory rate >30 times /min;(2) PaO2/FiO2=7 mmol/L; (6) hypotension requires active fluid resuscitation, 2. ASA grade II to IV, 3. age 18 to 80, 4. voluntarily sign the "Informed Consent for medium depth sedation and analgesia" and "Informed Consent for bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the experimental drug; 2. Previous history of special anesthesia; 3. Preoperative circulatory instability; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function and high risk of bleeding; 5. Suspected difficult airway; 6. Myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, severe depression; 7. Pregnant women;
