Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Glaucoma group: refractive equivalent spherical lens 20pm 40, mean visual field defect (MD) <-12dB. 2.Control group, there was no history of eye disease and operation, the best corrected visual acuity was more than 20 + 40, the equivalent spherical lens was less than-4.0D, and the intraocular pressure was <= 22mmHg. 3. Age of the subjects ranges from 20 to 55 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unreliable visual field results and media opacity were excluded. According to the previous glaucoma follow-up patient database and related literature references, 17 patients with glaucoma and 17 normal controls were identified.
