Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent are willing to comply with the treatment arrangements stipulated in the trial protocol and are willing to follow up on time. 2. Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited 3. Fundus examination confirmed rheogenic retinal detachment, with the hole located at or behind the equator (1) Horseshoe hole caused by posterior detachment of vitreous body (2) Multiple retinal holes, the distance between the holes <1 quadrant (3) Single or adjacent holes with hiatus <3PD (4) Proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) < Grade B (5) Retinal detachment range <3 quadrants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with macular hole 2. choroidal detachment 3. The serrated edge is broken 4. Traumatic retinal detachment 5. dioptric interstitial opacity, such as combined vitreous hemorrhage and cataract 6. Those assessed by the investigator as likely to affect subject compliance or outcome evaluation
