Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with ischemic stroke according to the diagnostic criteria outlined in the 2019 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases and confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. relatively stable condition, no consciousness disorders, and able to cooperate with examinations and treatment; 3. aged 18–70 years; 4. presence of impairment in at least one cognitive domain, resulting in a decline in daily living abilities, with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score = Grade 3; 7. Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower limb in stages III–V; 8. signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe soft tissue injury, fracture, or peripheral vascular disease; 2. Coagulation disorders or active bleeding, with lower limb thrombosis confirmed by Doppler ultrasound; 3. Unstable vital signs (e.g., systolic blood pressure 220 mmHg, heart rate 100 bpm, peripheral oxygen saturation =38.5°C); 4. Severe hepatic, pulmonary, and/or renal dysfunction; 5. Lower limb fracture or other factors that hinder the completion of motor training; 6. Concomitant acute coronary syndrome or severe arrhythmia; 7. Severe cognitive impairment.
