Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.RA patients should meet the diagnostic criteria of RA, and the test results of rheumatoid factor and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody should be double positive; 2.Patients with OA should meet the diagnostic criteria of KOA, and the X-ray Kellgren classification should be III-IV; 3.Healthy people need to meet the body mass index BMI of 19-26kg/m^2, male weight>50kg, female weight>45kg, no blood donation in the last three months, and the results of physical examination report show that the health of the eligible person; 4.Age requirement is between 18 and 80 years old, gender is not limited; 5.Patients are required to voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Digestive system and kidney diseases, neuromuscular diseases, malignant diseases such as multiple myeloma, a variety of congenital and acquired bone metabolism anomaly diseases, long-term use of glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect bone metabolism; 2.Patients suffering from serious cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, haematological or psychiatric diseases; or those with serious abnormalities of the main indexes in the admission examination; 3.Patients with other rheumatic diseases in combination or with acute and chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases; 4.Presence or history of malignant tumour; 5.History of joint infection. 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7.Those with a history of alcohol and drug abuse. 8.Those who are undergoing or have recently undergone clinical trials of disease medications.
