Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty or femoral head replacement from January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2023. 2. Patients aged 18 years and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records or prescription information. 2. Patients who did not undergo postoperative testing for high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I.
