Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the guidelines and specifications for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in 2021, diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathology or cytology, and patients with TNM clinical staging of stage I - III breast cancer; 2.Breast cancer patients who have completed the treatment course for at least 6 months to 3 years (including surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy) and are in the recovery period ; 3. Age between 35 and 64 years old; 4. The patient is aware of their condition, signs an informed consent form, and voluntarily participates; 5.The patient self-reported that they did not exercise regularly, engaging in moderate intensity exercise for less than 150 minutes or vigorous exercise for 75 minutes per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to undergo high-intensity interval training due to various diseases, including but not limited to the following population. 1. Existence of cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, angina); 2.Patients with severe contraindications to exercise (stroke, lower limb venous thrombosis); 3. Patients with tumor recurrence and metastasis, such as thrombocytopenia caused by bone and liver metastases; 4.There are diseases such as bones, joints, and muscles that restrict physical activity.
