Control Group:Conventioal loading using permanent restorations 3 months after implant implantation

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A single posterior tooth (premolar, molar) is missing, and the jaw is either a natural tooth or a fixed restoration; 2) The coverage relationship is normal; 3) No adjacent teeth have caries, no periodontal disease, no mucosal disease, no habit of night grinding or clenching teeth, and good oral hygiene; 4) Three months or more after tooth extraction, the extraction site has fully healed; 5) The available bone height allows for the implantation of implants with a length of at least 10 mm; 6) Bone mass: Type I-III bones; 7) Adequate keratinized gingival width (postoperative buccal keratinized gingival width >= 2 mm); 8) The final implantation torque of the implant is >= 40 N · cm; 9) The stability coefficient (ISQ) value after implant placement is >= 70; 10) Age range from 18 to 75 years old; 11) No systemic diseases, overall good condition; 12) The patient is able to complete at least one year of follow-up and follow up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?1) There is acute inflammation in the oral cavity; 2) The planting site needs to undergo soft and hard tissue increment; 3) Untreated periodontal disease patients; 4) Severe nocturnal bruxists; 5) Heavy smoking (>= 10 cigarettes) or excessive drinking; 6) Systemic diseases that affect soft tissue healing and osseointegration (such as uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis, etc.); 7) Taking bisphosphonates or anticoagulant drugs; 8) Pregnant or lactating women.
