Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent coronary angiography or coronary CT during the study period because of a health exam or angina or angina-like or clinically highly suspected severe coronary artery stenosis. (Coronary heart disease is defined as a narrowing of >=50% of vessel diameter in any of the major coronary arteries.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinical decompensated heart failure, previous history of revascularization (coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous coronary intervention), severe hematological disease, active infection or systemic inflammation, thyroid dysfunction, severe hepatorenal insufficiency, malignant tumor, and incomplete clinical data were excluded.
