Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group Inclusion criteria:(1) All patients meet the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis 2023"; (2) Age 18-60 years old. Criteria for healthy control group: Healthy people who match the gender and age of the MS patients enrolled. The volunteers enrolled were in good health before enrollment, with no history of neurological diseases, autoimmune diseases, and medication. This group of people had no history of hormone and immunosuppressant medication for at least 1 month, and no history of acute infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group exclusion criteria:(1) History of other central nervous system diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases, brain tumors or surgery, head trauma, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; (2) Poor quality of MRI images.
