Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Post-stroke dysphagia group (PSD) 1. The diagnostic criteria of all subjects were in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Stable condition, conscious and stable vital signs; 4. Patients with grade 2-5 on the Puddle Drinking Test or with a clear diagnosis of swallowing dysfunction; Post-stroke without dysphagia group (PSND) 1. The diagnostic criteria of all subjects were in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Stable condition, conscious and stable vital signs; 4. Puddle field drinking water test level 1;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Post-stroke dysphagia group (PSD) 1. Other related diseases that have been recognized as swallowing dysfunction in the past; 2. Missing results of the Puddle Drinking Test; Post-stroke without dysphagia group (PSND) 1. Other related diseases that have been recognized as having swallowing dysfunction in the past; 2. Missing results of the Puddle Drinking Test;
