Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Complies with ICD-11 clinical diagnostic criteria and disease course grading criteria for AD; 2.Capable of completing all inspections specified in the plan; 3.MMSE score = 26; 4.Hachinski ischemia scale score = 4; 5.The total score of the 24 item version of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) is = 8; 6.Screening for cranial MRI+MRA, with a Fazeca scale for WM lesions rating of = 2 for white matter lesions, less than or equal to 2 lacunar infarctions with a diameter greater than 1.5cm, and no key sites such as thalamus, hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, paraolfactory cortex, cortex, and subcortical gray matter nuclei. MRI shows the highest likelihood of Alzheimer's disease; 7.The control group consists of age matched elderly individuals with normal cognitive levels and no pathological features mentioned above;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious hypertension, diabetes, cataract and other chronic eye diseases; 2.Individuals with severe physical illnesses, such as severe heart disease, malignant tumors, etc; 3.Individuals with severe mental symptoms or illnesses, such as schizophrenia; Individuals with severe depression and a high risk of suicide; 4.Alcohol and drug abusers; 5.Dementia caused by other reasons: central nervous system infection (such as AIDS, syphilis, etc.), dementia caused by Lewy body, brain trauma, other physical and chemical factors (such as drug poisoning, etc.), intracranial space occupying lesions (such as subdural hematoma, brain tumor), endocrine system lesions (such as thyroid disease, parathyroid disease), and dementia caused by vitamins or any other reason; 6.Medical history or screening of head MRI shows the following abnormalities: such as cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, subdural hematoma, intracranial mass, etc; 7.Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in this study; 8.Those who do not sign the informed consent form;
