Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ECOG<=2;NRS2002<=1; 2.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients without a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3.Age limit: 25-75 years old, participants can decide the details of the trial on their own; No gender restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hematological diseases such as hemorrhagic purpura or coagulation dysfunction, or inability to collect blood samples or undergo surgical treatment due to various reasons; 2.Any history of malignant tumors; 3.Age75 years old.
