18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age 18-55 years, gender-neutral, right-handed, 2) Structured Clinical Interview For DSM-V (SCID-V) screening, which met the criteria For diagnosis of schizophrenia, 3) previous lack of response to two or more antipsychotic (doses =600 mg per day equivalent of chlorpromazine) For at least 6 weeks, 4) SOFAS score < 60, CGI-S =4,5) not taking medication regularly in the past 1 month, 6) above junior high school education or education =9 years, able to understand and cooperate with the examination and assessment, and 7) informed consent signed by the subject and/or the subject's family or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) comorbidity of other mental disorders with severe heart, liver, kidney, and neurological disorder, 2-RRB- history of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence in the last 12 months, 3) treatment wECT ectTMS tms in the last 6 months, 4) pregnant or lactating women, 5) auditory and visual impairment with contraindicationsMRI MRI, 6) previous clozapine therapy.
