Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients were required to be hospitalized within 24 hours of symptom onset and be at least 18 years of age. None of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage received surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) previous neurological diseases (such as intracranial tumors, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, severe traumatic brain injury, and ischemic stroke); (2) Patients with secondary cerebral hemorrhage (such as ruptured intracranial aneurysm, intracranial tumor, arteriovenous malformation, moyamoya disease, ischemic stroke with hemorrhagic transformation). (3) Known malignancies or other specific diseases or conditions (such as pregnancy, heart failure, uremia, cirrhosis of the liver, infection, or surgery in the last month); (4) Incomplete patient data; (5) The blood sample is not available; (6) The patient or his authorized person refuses to participate in the study; (7) Loss of follow-up.
