Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Undergoing endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 3.The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Less than 30 days since the previous intubation; 2.Gastric content reflux or aspiration before or during intubation; 3.Patients with tracheostomy; 4.Participation in other clinical studies; 5.Pregnancy or lactation; 6.Receiving palliative care.
