Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 45-74 years; 2.No history of colonic resection;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of colorectal cancer, and had received cancer-related therapy; 2.Has other non-gastrointestinal malignant neoplastic diseases; 3.Has serious disease of the heart, head, lung, liver, and kidney; 4.Has severe mental disorders, or language communication disorder; 5.Pregnant women;
