Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with mucosa-dominant pemphigus vulgaris by clinical, histopathological and immunological examination; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Agreed to participate in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a pregnancy plan within 1 year; 2. Involvement of skin lesions occupying more than 1% of the body surface area; 3.Combination of other types of autoimmune skin diseases; 4.Patients who have recently received other immunosuppressive treatments; 5.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency.
