Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male athletes with a volleyball proficiency level of Class II or above. 2. Proficient in depth jump technique. 3. No history of injury in the past six months and in good physical health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance. 2. Injury dropout or withdrawal midway. 3. Failure to cooperate.
