Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over the age of 18 who meet the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in the Department of Anorectal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine" for the diagnosis of anal fistula, perianal abscess, and anal fissure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious adverse reactions to enemas (such as allergies, bleeding, etc.); Those with congenital scar characteristics and constitution; 2. Patients with malignant tumors such as colorectal cancer; 3. Those who have a history of anal fistula surgery in the past; 4. Cognitive dysfunction and mental illness; 5. Those who are unable to cooperate with the treatment; 6. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with bleeding tendency; 7. Those with severe organ dysfunction.
