Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 years old and above 2. ASA Class I - III 3. Patients who are going to undergo cannula nail internal fixation, dynamic intramedullary nail internal fixation, proximal intramedullary nail internal fixation, artificial hip arthroplasty, artificial femoral head half hip replacement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site 2. History of hip surgery 3. Old fractures 4. Pre-existing nerve damage in the lower limbs 5. Contraindications to local anesthesia 6. History of allergy to local anesthetics 7. Coagulation dysfunction 8. Drug or alcohol abuse 9. Take daily painkillers 10. Combined with trauma to other parts 11. Preoperative delirium, Parkinson's disease, dementia, severe neurological disease, stroke within 3 months 12. Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C), renal failure
