Emergence agitation

Interventions

Normal saline group:Normal saline 0.5ug/kg was given after intubation
Dexmedetomidine group:Dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg was given after intubation, and the dose was completed within 10 minutes
Tramadol combined with dexmedetomidine group:Tramadol 1.5mg/kg and dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg were administered after intubation (to be administered within 10 minutes)

3 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age was 3-7 years old, and the gender was not limited; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; 3. Tonsillectomy was planned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of kidney, liver, heart or respiratory system; 2. Developmental delay; 3. Abnormal upper respiratory tract, asthma or history of upper respiratory tract infection within the first 4 weeks; 4. Have neurological disorders; 5. Allergy to study drugs; 6. Take any sedative, analgesic, antiemetic or antipruritic drugs 24 h before operation; 7. Received any other investigational drug within 3 months.
