19 Years to 21 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male athletes with a volleyball proficiency level of Class II or above. 2. Proficient in resistance training and plyometric training techniques. 3. No history of injury in the past six months and in good physical health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing any single test. 2. Missing two or more training intervention sessions. 3. Experiencing physical discomfort or injury during the experiment.
