Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for short stature (the height at the time of enrollment is lower than the 3rd percentile or X - 2SD of normal children of the same age and gender); B. No fever, no history of medication use, and no history of contact with infectious diseases within the recent 4 weeks; C. No history of blood transfusion, no history of allergic diseases, and no history of diseases in the blood system and immune system. D. Have not received growth hormone treatment in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Abnormalities in peripheral blood routine: Elevated or decreased white blood cell count, abnormal absolute values of neutrophils, lymphocytes and eosinophils. 2)Abnormalities in liver and kidney functions (ALT > 2 times the upper limit of the normal value, Cr > the upper limit of the normal value). 3)Not meeting the requirements for the use of growth hormone. 4)Other circumstances that investigators consider not suitable for enrollment.
