18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with SCA identified by genetic testing; 2) Age: 18-75 years old; 3) Able to communicate normally and complete the scale test independently; 4) Willing to participate in this study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other familial genetic diseases, such as Parkinson's disease; 2) Other serious central nervous system diseases; 3) History of brain surgery; 4) Metallic foreign bodies or prostheses (pacemakers, insulin pumps), claustrophobia, and other contraindications to magnetic resonance (3T, 7T) examinations; 5) Failure to obtain informed consent.
