Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han , aged 15-65 years old; 2. It met the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-V, and the total score of 24 items on the Hamilton Depression scale HAMD-24 was =35 points; 3. No history of acute or chronic infection in the past 2 weeks, no history of major illness, no history of abuse of alcohol and other psychoactive substances, and no immunosuppressive or immune-enhancing agents in at least half a year; 4.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with major psychosis or other types of neurosis; 2.Have other immune diseases or a family history of immune diseases.
