Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer by histopathology, and aged >=18 years; 2) Patients with radiological staging of IIIA-IIIC (eighth edition of the AJCC staging system) before radiotherapy; 3) Underwent radical intensity-modulated radiotherapy; 4) TMB<=16 mut/Mb indicated by histological or peripheral blood gene testing; 5) Have complete medical history and treatment records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other malignant tumors; 2) Patients who already have distant metastasis at the time of treatment.
