Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2.The type of hip fracture is femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture; 3. Closed fractures with a time from injury to hospitalization <= 24 hours; 4. Unilateral limb fracture; 5. Accept treatment with artificial femoral head replacement or intramedullary nail fixation; 6. Accompanied and supported by family members, able to understand and cooperate with research requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. High energy injuries and multiple traumas, open fractures, multiple fractures; 2.Those classified as IV to V by the American Society of Anesthesiologists have severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, and renal dysfunction 3.Having serious mental or cognitive impairments; 4.There are other factors that affect rehabilitation training, such as ipsilateral hip osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, hip dysplasia, etc 5. Postoperative recurrent fractures
