18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged 18 to 65 years undergoing general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation ,; 2.ASA physical status I - III ,; 3.BMI 18-25 kg/m^2 ,; 4.Patients with non-heart, nose, mouth, or head and neck surgery expected to last less than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnat patients or patients who refuse to participate in the study; 2.Patients undergoing day surgery; 3.Patients requiring nasogastric/oral-gastric tube placement; 4.Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection;s; 5.severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6.ankylosing spondylitis and other facial structural features with obvious difficulty in intubation, and patients with difficulty in laryngoscope exposure or in intubation in the past.
