Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with sepsis (SOFA greater than 2); (2) Age = 18 years old; (3)Patients receiving meropenem or imipenem.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Uremia and kidney transplant patients; (2) Patients using CRRT during medication; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Patients using nephrotoxic drugs (such as intravenous glycopeptide or aminoglycoside antibacterial drugs); (5) Patients with hyperrenal function (baseline eGFR greater than 150ml/min/1.73m).
