Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1. Above 18 years old; 2. Patients with clinically confirmed with influenza; 3. No serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 4. Good compliance and willingness to cooperate with sample collection. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1. Above 18 years old; 2. No serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. Good compliance and willingness to cooperate with sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. The patient was also accompanied with multiple organ tumors or severe uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; 3. Patients don't understand the purpose of this study or dont agree with requirements for the study; 4. Patients who lack of legal capacity or limitations of legal capacity; 5. Patients who are not willing to cooperate in sample collection; 6. Patients who have related medical history which could interfere results and increase risk of patients.
