Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Osteoarthritis of the knee is clearly defined by comprehensive examination of clinical symptoms and imaging, and the diagnostic criteria refer to the 'China Osteoarthritis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition)'; (2) there are indications for surgery; (3) the first time to be treated with unilateral total knee arthroplasty; and (4) the visual and auditory functions are normal, and normal communication is possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of severe dysfunction of vital organs; (2) Combination of other diseases affecting lower limb activities; (3) Abnormalities in coagulation function; (4) Preoperative or previous history of thrombosis.
