Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be 18 years or older; 2. Individuals must have lived in or relocated to the plateau; 3. The case group was diagnosed with thrombosis based on imaging and laboratory tests, which included venous thrombosis (specifically, venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, pulmonary embolism, and intracranial sinus thrombosis) as well as arterial thrombosis (such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction, and acute arterial embolism); 4. Participants must voluntarily agree to participate in the research project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received anticoagulant treatment for other conditions prior to the current treatment, such as acute myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with mental illness or intellectual disabilities; 3. Patients exhibiting poor medication compliance and who refuse to adhere to regular anticoagulant treatment; 4. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; 5. Cases with incomplete clinical and relevant examination information; 6. Patients who refuse to provide blood samples.
