Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis according to the criteria established by the Rheumatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in their "Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines for Osteoarthritis". 2. Age is between 50 and 89 years, and gender is not limited. 3. The knee osteoarthritis is either bilateral or unilateral. 4. Vital signs are stable, with no impairment of consciousness and no significant language or communication barriers. 5. Knee X-ray imaging data is available from the past 6 months. 6. Informed consent has been obtained and the informed consent form has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, language disorders, or any other conditions that result in communication barriers. 2. Patients whose level of education is insufficient to understand the assessment items. 3. Patients with neurological conditions such as cerebrovascular disease that cause lower limb mobility impairments. 4. Patients with a history of significant trauma or surgery that affects knee joint function.
