Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 60 and above; Constipation patients who meet the Rome III diagnostic criteria: (1) Symptoms must include two or more of the following: a. At least 25% of bowel movements feel laborious; b. At least 25% of bowel movements are dry ball or hard stools; c. At least 25% of bowel movements may feel incomplete; d. At least 25% of defecation experience anorectal obstruction or obstruction; e. At least 25% of bowel movements require manual assistance (such as using fingers to help with bowel movements or pelvic floor support); f. Number of bowel movements <= 3 times per week. (2) Rarely do loose stools occur when not using laxatives. (3) Insufficient evidence to diagnose irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); The duration of the disease exceeds 6 months; Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Existence of organic diseases of the digestive tract; Drug induced constipation; Other organic diseases or mental illnesses; Unable to cooperate with treatment or complete the research; Those who are taking other medications to treat constipation.
