Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who underwent prolonged protocol; 2.patients diagnosed with PCOS by the revised Rotterdam criteria;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. abnormal ultrasound findings in the uterus, such as untreated endometrial polyps, uterine fibroids, uterine adhesions, adenomyosis, or reproductive malformation; 2. malignancy or other systemic chronic diseases, including autoimmune or hematologic conditions; 3. a history of genetic disease in one of partners of the treated couple; 4. preimplantation genetic testing of the blastocysts.
